At Coastal Branding Co., we value every client and customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Templates
All of our templates, downloads, and digital files are non-refundable.
- Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once your purchase is complete.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products, including Canva templates, branding kits, and downloadable design files.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Website Designs & Custom Branding Projects
Custom design work, including websites, branding packages, and 1:1 client projects, are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be considered if no design work has started.
- Once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of completed work.
- If the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the final design. We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your project package to achieve the desired outcome.
3. Services & Consultations
For consultations, strategy calls, and coaching sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.
